Greetings Monarchs, I want to express my many thanks for particpatinig this weekend at the Expo, lunch and beach fun. It was a good experience with many more to come. Don't forget we start indoor season on the 19th. We should have the schedule by Thursday at the latest. Remember to stretch in the morning before school and at night before bed. Drink plenty of water and eat fruit. See you Tuesday.
